Common Solutions to Common Issues

1. Online Stream now starts around 9:30 with prerecorded worship music playing until the service begins at 10am. We also keep it going for 10 minutes after the services concludes. Use this time to:

  • worship and set your heart for the service
  • ask for prayer with our online hosts
  • visit and connect a bit through the chat and say hi

2. If you’re having sound issues, there are a few reasons this might be happening but here are the most common:

  • your volume is too low – turn it up (if only it was always this simple, ha!)
  • we at church aren’t producing the best / clearest / loudest audio signal – if you suspect this is the case, feel free to let us know in the chat, call the church office, or send a text to Andrew. Usually we are on top of the problem you are experiencing (but not always!), but each week we are reviewing comments and past video, troubleshooting in order to improve everything.

3. I lost video, now what?

  • Wait for a minute, we’re getting a lot better at figuring out why this is happening and fixing it quickly.
  • Still no video? Try hitting “Refresh” on your webpage. This is often a symbol with a circular arrow, or F5 on the keyboard.
  • Check the chat – if it’s a production issue, we will update you on the progress we are making.
