In the middle of the screen you should see a window with a playback button. You might also see the name of a sermon. Click on the button as shown:

Playback should start momentarily.

Remember that this is “radio”, so you don’t have control over which sermon is playing at any given time. But, this is only available over the internet, so you can’t tune it in on your car or home radio.
