How do we worship God?

There are many ways that we show worship to God. Among them is the way we treat the financial resources He has provided for us. In this week’s message, Pastor John Underhill focuses on the connection between our attitude towards money and our demonstration of trust and thankfulness.

1 Chronicles 29:1-17 major points

• I worship God when I make him my source of security (v. 1-5a)
• Giving my money to God as an act of worship is empty if I have not already given myself (v. 5b)
• The consequence of generous worship is contagious joy (v. 9)
• God gives to us profusely so that we may worship him generously (v. 10-16)
• Because we have a loving Father who provides generously, we can give willingly, sacrificially, and joyfully (v. 17)
