Acts 4:1-20
As Christians, where does our advantage come from?
- Physical power?
- Societal power?
- Monetary power?
The Jewish leaders had these questions, too.
“By what power, or in whose name, have you done this?” they asked (v. 7). They did not like the answer(s) given. So, too, in our day, many do not like the answer that we must give for the source of our authoritative witness: “by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth” (v. 10)
